PartyGaming Signs with Marketing Company

CESAREA, Israel – InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it will begin fulfilling the web-based marketing needs of PartyGaming Marketing, based in Gibraltar and the United Kingdom.

While the customer is already a well-known name in the online gaming industry, they have made the strategic decision to become significantly more aggressive in their marketing efforts. Their decision comes as a result of detailed market research that shows substantial growth potential for this already huge market.

"Over the last few years, InterAge has developed one of the richest cadres of web-based marketing tools," notes CEO of InterAge, Kobi Freund. "PartyGaming is one of the best in the industry and it was an easy choice for them to turn to us for the web-based marketing needs."

PartyGaming is at the forefront of the global online gaming market. They currently own brands in all three major gaming areas: poker, casino, and bingo. Their poker brand, PartyPoker, is the world's largest online poker business based on ring game revenue and number of active players. The company's main casino property, Starluck Casino, was launched in 1997 and is one of the most enduring brands in online gaming. PartyBingo, the newest addition to the company's family of gaming brands, launched in 2003, and is already one of the top five online bingo sites.

The global online gaming market has experienced rapid growth since its establishment in the 1990s but remains relatively immature. Although estimates as to the current size and growth rates of the global online gaming market vary considerably, it is estimated by Christiansen Capital Advisors, LLC that the market generated revenue of approximately $8.2 billion in 2004, representing just over three per cent of the total global gaming market. In 2004, casino and bingo games represented approximately 29 per cent of the online gaming market, and poker represented approximately 13 per cent.

For the five-year period from 2005 to 2009, it is estimated that revenues generated by the global online gaming market will increase to approximately $22.7 billion, representing a compound annual growth rate of approximately 22 per cent. On this basis, the global online gaming market would still only represent approximately eight per cent of the total global gaming market in 2009.

"This is an exciting and challenging new market for InterAge," says Freund. "I believe that we are very well equipped to meet the challenge to help PartyGaming continue its significant growth pattern."
