eCOGRA (eCommerce and Online Gambling Regulation and Assurance) will launch its Global Online Gambler Report at the International Casino Exhibition in London early next year. The paper is the culmination of a research initiative detailing the behaviour and attitudes of online gamblers.
Andrew Beveridge, eCOGRA's CEO, commented that around 11,000 people took part in the initial survey, saying: "Early indications are that there will be some surprises in the report.
"We think it will be very revealing for both industry insiders and a wider public."
The report covered areas such as poker, casino, player protection, responsible gambling and luck, and aims to give a 'comprehensive snapshot' of the current global industry.
ICE takes place at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre from the 23-25 January, 2007.
